Energy suppliers.
We will ensure that a contract is in place between us and the energy suppliers, so that they will only be able to use the information for the purpose it was provided. Namely, to enter into an agreement for supply. They will not share your data. They will be required to adhere to all relevant data protection requirements including GDPR.
Subject to a contract ensuring compliance with DPA and GDPR, we may share your personal data with:
